A site plan is the bird's eye drawing of the whole community. It maps the land and everything the builder plans to put on it, so you can see the shape of the place before anything is built.

• Home placement: where each townhouse block sits and how it faces the street.
• Roads and access: the internal streets, entry points and how you drive in from the main road.
• Green and open space: parks, walkways, buffers and any land left open.
• Parking details: driveways, garages and where visitor parking is set aside.

In a townhouse community, two homes with the same floor plan can feel different depending on where they land. The site plan is how you spot that before you sign.

Paradise Developments has not released the Weston Woods site plan. Bed counts, storeys, unit totals and occupancy are also unpublished at this stage. The confirmed details are the address at Weston Rd. and Teston Rd. in Vaughan, the townhouse format and pricing from $799,990.
